Since the day he was born destiny sure liked him, as he first saw light mother was cast in darkness - she died. Father was in shock and detested that child, yeah, he called him that child as if he's some spawn of evil and to blame at his wifes death. So that kid was called in same unfortunate way, Nex Votum, which from Latin means Death wish, prayer of massacre, well, along these lines.
Ofcourse like all weak losers his father sunk in booze, gambling and cheap whores. Since he didn't even want to see his kid nor take care of this ''devils spawn'' some lady in neighbors was babysitting him, she had a child of her own and also nursed Nex. Kid started to grow and since his father never cared for that kid nor what he eats, well, only care he showed was forcing kid to be sandbag. Soon after kid found a way how to adapt and survive. He became errand boy for local gangs and drugdealers, also started to steal stuff. First time he was catched was at age of 7 [1st grade] when kid stole some guys wallet tho guy catched him and draged boy to police. Ofcourse kid at home got his fathers ''gentle'' touch.
Few years passed till he reached age of 13 when he started his own gang, he and his friend were just a bad company. Mostly just getting in fights with other local kids, from his school and others. He simply loved fighting, only then he felt trully alive, all the reason for life was to fight, to find the strong people and destroy them. He kept doin' all these brawls and minor drug dealin. Drug usin' himself didn't make things get better.
Soon after kid reached 16... Hes blood drive got him in real trouble, company of these scum of a kids got into fight with some local gang and started to hunt down their people... 'till everyone around got sick and tired with these kids who don't know whos is charge. They executed one of kids in company, girl named Lucy. She was shot, hanged to a pole as example in what happens if you defy real power in streets. Other friends completely chickened out, Nex too, he wen't down, I mean really down. He became lower than any scum around. He replaced his best friend and support with ''needles'' and started to randomly attack everyone who seemed to be involved, blind intoxicated hate.
One day Votum decided to get home for some cash he had hidden in his room. Ofcourse he found his old man in his room drunk again and with his money [which he kid did need for ''needles''] and father ofcourse bringed up his wife, Nex's mother, and blamed him again for her death and boy under his lost mind hit his father, got him to ground, mounted on him and kept swinging. More, more, more and more. Relentlesly like a beast. He killed that man. No remorse, no nothing. He just stepped off the man and smiled, now he felt happy and soon cops ran in. They were called by neighbours 'cuz of loud argue they had. Soon enough Nex Votum was sentenced and sent to juvie. Sentence was 2 years, basicaly he's out only when he hits 18.
Prison, what a paradise. First thing he did there was beat up guard. He was put down and locked down for a while. He just randomly attacked everyone for a year. Just training and fighting inside. Caged animal.. what can be worse than be caged with other animals. Right place to ''rehabilitate'' people, isn't it?
Nex calmed down a bit in prison and started his studies in juvie education program. Still he fought, but not so much. When he was released he understood that outside has nothing to give, he's nothing. He joined gang and became dept collector, best job for person like him. It continued like that for few months until Cris Diamon picked him up, showed new world....
